Jo Anne E. Ulwelling, 64, Rose Creek, Minnesota, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, at Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys Campus.

Service: A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, 2019, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Rose Creek with the Rev. Swaminatha Pothireddy officiating.

Visitation: Friends may call 4-7 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 24 at Mayer Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.

Interment: St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery
