Plans are in the final stages for the 2008 Pacelli Senior High Prom and After-Prom Party.

Sunday, May 18, members of the senior and junior classes will get together at the Austin Country Club for the biggest party of the school year.

All upperclassmen are invited to attend, whether they come with a date or as a group.

The theme for this year’s prom is “Right Next to You” and the color theme is dark blue and gold. The junior class is busy planning this event, including selection of the meal, decorations and a DJ.

The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the Grand March begins at 8 p.m. Parents and friends are welcome to attend the Grand March.

When the dance is over, students will change into casual clothing and head to the Pacelli Gym for the After-Prom Party. This event is an alcohol-free, drug-free, lock-in event. All attendees will receive a gift bag and at the event of the evening, juniors and seniors will draw for larger prizes.
