Sterling State Bank is seeking applicants for the position of Customer Support Representative.

This position is based in our Austin, MN Insurance headquarters.

Responsibilities include managing all incoming customer contact with the insurance agency, assisting with the initial claims filing process, customer correspondence, payment processing, filing and data entry.

Enjoy consistent hours: M-F from 8am to 5pm in a professional work environment with no Saturday shift required.

Salary for this position is based on experience.
