All are welcome to join a discussion group revolving around “A Course of Miracles,” a three-volume book of 1,200 pages, every Saturday from 1-2:30 p.mm at Austin Congregational Church, 1910 Third Ave. NW.
This is an ongoing study so come whenever your schedule permits.
“A Course in Miracles” was authored not by a person, but by an “inner voice” that dictated the material to a research psychologist in the mid-1960s.
Its teaching combines the insights of contemporary psychology, with the spiritual wisdom of the East and much of the essence of Christianity. Much of the teaching focuses on the ego’s desire to separate us and love’s desire to connect us.
Marianne Williamson’s book “Return to Love,” is a synopsis of this teaching.
