He must spend 30 days on electronic home monitoring, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for one day served.
Sekouba Kenneh, 20, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation for felony terroristic threats. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.
Philip K. Pierre, 43, of San Antonio, Texas, was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor harassment-stalking-intent to injure. He must follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
Steven Edwin Simon Jr., 41, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct-force or coercion. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison.

She must spend 26 days on electronic home monitoring, perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for four days served.
