These are full-time recurring seasonal positions that occur every tax season January-mid April.

Tax Preparer

• Meet with clients to collect & analyze necessary information needed for the tax return completion & compliance.
• Answer routine tax questions & conduct research if needed to best advise clients.
• Training includes self-study, experience through exposure, & professional training opportunities.

Administrative Assistant

• Various responsibilities including data entry, answering phones, making appointments, pulling client files, assembling final tax returns, processing mail & general staff support.
