Dawn Marie Boley, 43, of Hayfield was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-refuse to submit to breath test. She must perform 45 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $615 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Benjamin Thomas Braaten, 31, of Kasson was sentenced to 40 years of probation for felony second-degree drugs-possess 25 grams or more of cocaine or methamphetamine. He must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 105 months in prison. He received credit for 75 days served.

Angel Manuel Delgado, 33, of Austin was sentenced to 36 months in prison for felony second-degree assault-dangerous weapon. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 24 months in prison for felony predatory offender fail to register. He must pay $85 in fines. He received another concurrent sentence of 17 months in prison for felony escape from custody on a felony charge. He must pay $85 in fines. He was also sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.

Paulo Jacob Erntson, 52, of Austin was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served as work release, for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must serve two years of probation, spend 60 days on electronic alcohol monitoring, perform 90 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $115 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in an additional 335 days in jail. He received credit for three days served.

Todd Phillip Evans, 56, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.

Brendan Charles Johnson, 36, of Brownsdale was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. He received a concurrent sentence of five years of probation for felony check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud. He must follow several conditions and pay $421.20 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 15 months in prison.

Allan J Marquardt, 43, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt, interfere, impede, disrupt 911 call. He must follow a few conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 28 days served.
