Grand Meadow Police Officer Paul Johnson jumps into frozen Foster-Arend Pond in this year’s Polar Plunge event in Rochester.
This is the fifth year Officer Johnson has participated in the Polar Plunge, which raises money for Minnesota Special Olympics.
