Kwik Trip has announced that March 18 has been designated as their second ever company-wide Open Interview Day.

Guests 16 and older are welcome to stop into any store between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. to receive an interview. This includes all Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Tobacco Outlet Plus and Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.

Kwik Trip held their first Open Interview Day event last August and found great success with over 6,000 people being interviewed. Kwik Trip is again looking to hire coworkers to keep pace with continued new store growth. Also contributing to the hiring day initiative is the continued expansion of its popular fresh food, fried chicken and take-home meal options.

The company is looking for qualified individuals for part time or full time hours and even in leadership roles.

“We were extremely happy with our results last August and are excited to hold this event again,” said recruiting manager Stephanie Cormican. “It is our mission to connect our guests with all that Kwik Trip has to offer, including flexible scheduling options, growth opportunities, and of course our generous owners sharing 40 percent of profits with all coworkers.”
