Royals use 10-run rule to top Hounds

The Austin Greyhounds weren’t able to keep the Rochester Royals in check as they lost 12-2 in eight innings in Rochester Thursday night.
The Royals put up four runs in the bottom of the eighth to initiate the 10-run rule.
Jack Dankert knocked in a pair of runs for the Hounds (1-1 overall).
Austin is scheduled to host home games at 2 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 p.m. Marcusen Park.
