Debra Renae Reimers Boysen, Carthage, MO passed away peacefully at home June 21, 2020 at the age of 66.

Debra was born in Austin, MN May 7, 1954 to the late Shirley (Saack) and Robert Reimers.Debra moved to Massachusetts and attended high school at Narragansett Regional and college at Greenfield Community College. Debra lived a life of color and adventure, making many friends along the way. Eventually traveling back to Minnesota to raise her children, Debra worked in an assisted living home helping people. When her children had grown, Debra moved to Missouri where she spent the rest of her years.

Debra is survived by her children Zachary Reimers and Courtney Lapinskas. She is also survived by four siblings, their spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews. We would also like to mention her beloved dog Bear Bear who kept her company and with whom she shared her life with.

A small memorial for family and friends was held at Grandview Cemetery in Austin, MN.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the deceased’s name to your local AA and Recovery Programs for addicts.
