The Hormel Institute's Multicultural Potluck took place on Sunday, Sept. 12 as part of Austin's Welcoming Week. There was a reveal of the tree sculpture that was created at 4th Ave Fest with artist Sara Hanson. The sculpture was a crowd-sourced, community art project that reflects Austin’s identity. That was followed by the potluck, where community members brought dishes from their culture to share with the community and try other dishes.
