— Hpa Bla, 62, Austin, was sentenced to 10 years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony second degree criminal sexual conduct-contact with victim under 14, actor more than 36 months older. He must follow several conditions
—George Admil Langstaff, 51, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs possession. He must follow several conditions.
— Edward Terrill Stewart, 52, Austin, was sentenced to 57 months in prison for felony first degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours.
— Danielle Marie Turvey, 30, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable people no consent. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,473 in restitution.
— Miriam Murillo Vazquez, 32, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony check forgery-offer or possess. She must follow several conditions.
—Robert Eugene Halvorson, 49, Brownsdale, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony stalking. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison. He was also sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony threats of violence. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Abigail Caroline Lee, 26, Racine, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI – operate motor vehicle – alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— Ashton Cole Nataniel Persons, 18, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 177 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.
—David Allen Ring, 55, LeRoy, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.
