I-90 ramp closures, detours begin Aug. 28 at Hwy 105/Oakland Ave in Austin

Motorists who use the on and off-ramps at the Highway 105/Oakland Avenue bridge will be detoured beginning on Aug. 28 when the ramps close for reconstruction for one month, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Construction crews will be reconstructing portions of the ramps adjacent to the bridge, which is being replaced.
Work will begin Wednesday morning, Aug. 28 and is expected to last about a month.
During the closure, motorists will be detoured:
- Westbound motorists wanting to reach the north side of I-90 should travel west on I-90 and use exit 166 at Freeborn County Road 46, traveling east on CR 46 back to their destination. Motorists on the north side of I-90 should use CR 46 to reach I-90. Motorists who want to reach Highway 105 should use exit 177 and travel south on 14th Street Northwest.
- Eastbound motorists wanting to reach the north side of I-90 can exit at exit 166 and use CR 46. Motorists who want to reach the south side of I-90 or Highway 105 should travel east and use exit 177 and travel south on 14th Street Northwest to Highway 105.
Exit 175 is closed in both directions
