The Hayfield baseball team lost its 11th straight game when it dropped two games to Stewartville (7-2 overall) 10-0 and 10-6 on the road Thursday.

The Vikings (1-11 overall) led the second game 5-0 early but couldn’t hold on.

“We’re in a tailspin right now and I’m not sure why,” Hayfield head coach Craig Selk said.
