St. Mark’s Living – Assisted Living and Memory Care will be holding a variety show, starting at 2 p.m. on Sept. 14 in order to raise funds for its activity department.
Life Enrichment Supervisor Jessica Conway and her staff will be hosting the show, which will use funds raised to help support the activity department, which through its rehabilitation program helps get patients back on their feet.
Joshua Whalen will open the show and share his own musical career as a band leader as well as music teacher at the MacPhail Center for Music and as a songwriter.
He will also be introducing nine-year-old Liesel Swanson of Blooming Prairie, one of Whalen’s students.
Also playing will be Tammy Schneider on guitar and Wendy Larson on violin and more.
This show is free, but free-will offerings will be accepted.
