— Cody Edward Boley, 27, Minnesota Correctional Facility-Faribault, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for felony fifth degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual – not cannabis/hemp.

— Anthony Lee Farajallah, 34, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions.

— David Fernando Pascual, 18, Arcadia, Wisconsin, was sentenced to one year probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation – bodily harm – leave scene of collision. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 362 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Jared Richard Lange, 38, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle -alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Venkerria Ashenique Lewis, 36, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $50 for felony theft-obtain services-no payment. She must remain law abiding.

— Travis Donald Chadbourn, 42, Owatonna, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 348 days in jail. He was given credit for 16 days served.

— Anthony Lawrence Marcuson, 30, Rochester, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony firearms-serial number-receive/possess while altered. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp.
