— Jose Alfonso Francis Avelar, 42, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 30 months in prison.
— Robert Walter Buneta, 49, Manhattan, Kansas, was sentenced to 144 months in prison for felony first degree criminal sexual conduct – penetration under 16/significant relationship, multiple acts.
— Kane Norbert Erickson, 30, St. Cloud, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. He must also pay $102.12 in restitution. He was given credit for 98 days served. He was also sentenced to 13 months in prison for fifth degree drugs possession 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual – not cannaibs/hemp.
— Shavon Leeann Hodges, 36, Austin, was sentenced to four years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony fifth degree drugs-possess schedule 1,2,3,4, or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 17 months in prison. She was also sentenced to four years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony fifth degree drugs – possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison. She was also sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 335 days in jail. She was given credit for 29 days served. The last two charges are to run concurrently.
— Jordan Michael Sullivan, 36, Hollandale, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $900 for felony DWI operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 36 months in prison.
— Jacob Ryan Johnson, 34, Emmons, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 175 days in jail. He was given credit for five days served.
— William Ray Goad, 35, Rochester, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony violate no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions. He must follow several conditions.
