Megan Lavae DeVries

Clair and Peggy DeVries of Hollandale announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Lavae DeVries, to Brian Lee Schleicher, son of Robert Schleicher of Osceola, Wis. and Nancy Heimer of Austin.

Brian is a 1995 graduate of Blooming Prairie High School. He is a farmer.

Megan is a 1997 graduate of Blooming Prairie High School and attended Pillsbury Baptist Bible College in Owatonna. She is a daycare provider.

The couple will be married at 2 p.m. on April 12, 2003, at Bethlehem Free Methodist Church in Austin.

Holly LaVallie

Steve and Diane LaVallie of Owatonna announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Marie LaVallie, to Jeffrey Steven Drennan, son of Steve and Peggy Drennan of Brownsdale.

Holly is a 2002 graduate of University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in hospitality and tourism management. She is the executive director of Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Jeff is a 2000 graduate of Wartburg College with a degree in finance and economics. He is an accountant at Hormel Foods Corporation.

The couple will be married at 2:30 p.m. on May 24, 2003, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Owatonna. The reception will be held at the Ramada Inn, Owatonna.
