—Angel Manuel Delgado, 26, of Austin. Convicted of violating terms as a predatory offender. Sentenced to 14 months in prison. Offense date: Dec. 27, 2010.

—Justin Jerome Jolly, 22, of Austin. Convicted of theft. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 90 hours of community service. Must pay $516 in restitution. Offense date: Sept. 16, 2012.

—Andres Vazquez-Garcia, 25, of Austin. Convicted of theft. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Offense date: Jan. 6.

—Renae Nicole Flood, 29, of Austin. Convicted of two counts of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Fined $500. Offense date: Nov. 18, 2012.

—Kevin Dean Rasmussen, 47, of Byron. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to seven years’ supervised probation. Offense date: July 26, 2012.

—Jose Alberto Diaz-Granillo, 25, of Austin. Convicted of forgery. Sentenced to three years’ unsupervised probation. Offense date: Sept. 18, 2009.

—David Jarrod Young, 21, of Austin. Convicted of second-degree burglary. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Fined $900. Offense date: March 23, 2012.

—Amanda Lynn Kruse, 31, of St. Ansgar. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession and DWI. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Offense date: Aug. 4, 2012.

—Matthew Carl Maxim Koch, 21, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree attempt to manufacture drugs, fifth-degree drug possession and two counts of check forgery. Sentenced to 47 months in prison. Offense dates: June 8, June 26 and Oct. 23, 2012.

—Dean Allen Thordor, 38, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree assault. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation. Fined $900 and must pay $3,365 in restitution. Offense date: Sept. 8, 2012.

—Shaun Curtis Blouin, 29, of Austin. Convicted of three counts of terroristic threats. Sentenced to 29 months in prison. Offense date: Feb. 13 and 14.

—The Daily Herald publishes all gross misdemeanors and felony convictions in Mower County Court.
