Legion presents awards to students

The American Legion & Auxiliary Annual Americanism Awards were presented Sunday, April 29.

Austin High School juniors Nicholas Brehmer and Tommy Olmsted were presented the Boys State awards, while AHS juniors Megan Brown and Melissa Navoa, and Pacelli High School junior Paige Smith earned this year’s Girls State Awards. AHS’s Matt Lunning and Emily Bachmeier earned this year’s Americanism awards, as did Pacelli’s Isaac Koak and Megan Seavey.
