For those who thought the wave of pancake feeds were done, think again.

The Knights of Columbus Council 1201 is taking another crack at a flapjack fundraiser next Sunday, March 4, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Cunningham Hall on behalf of Austin’s Catholic parishes. And according to the Knights, their pancakes are special, different than anyone’s in town.

The fundraiser, built from free-will donations, runs from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and among pancakes includes sausages, juice, coffee and milk. Proceeds from the event will go toward Pacelli Catholic Schools, which is co-sponsoring the event. Pacelli students will be on hand to help with the event.
