The 16 and under Eagan softball team with three local players lost to Woodbury 10-6, fell to Duluth 4-1 in pool play and it beat Lakeville No. 4 by a score of 6-0 in the elimination round at the North American Fastpitch Association Northern Nationals.

Danielle Tschann, who will be a senior at Austin this fall, went 3-for-9 with a double, an RBI and a walk, on the day.

Dani Wagner, who will be a sophomore at Hayfield this fall, went 7-for-9 with 2 doubles, 4 RBIs and a walk.

Jenni Yocom, who will be a junior at Austin this fall, took the losses against Woodbury and Duluth, which is one of the best teams in the tournament.

Yocom also went 1-for-3 with two runs scored at the plate.
