Rotary seeks local award nominations

Each year Austin Rotary Club honors local individuals who make exceptional contributions to the community.

This year, Austin Rotary Club is giving 3 separate awards- Community Service, Educator of the Year and Public Service in Government.

Those eligible for the Educator ward are teachers, administrators, counselors or other professionals currently employed by a private or public school in Mower County, pre-school through college. Those eligible for the Government Award include anyone currently employed by a local, state or federal government office located in Mower County. Those eligible for the Community Service award maybe working in a paid or volunteer position and epitomize the motto Service Above Self
