Austin woman wins $200k lottery prize playing Neon 10s
When Austin resident Elizabeth Lee uncovered a $200,000 top prize playing the Minnesota State Lottery’s Neon 10s scratch game, she did a double-take.
“I thought I was seeing things,” Lee said. “At first I thought it was just $200, until it showed the $200,000.”
Lee, who purchased the winning ticket at Ankeny’s Mini Mart, 1205 Oakland Place SE, claimed her prize at the lottery’s headquarters in Roseville on Dec. 24.
Neon 10s is a $10 scratch game with a 1 in 3.4 odds of winning a prize. Two of the three $200,000 prizes still remain to be claimed.
