Austin police are looking for a man who allegedly followed a 14-year-old girl after school and told her to get in his car.

The victim told her mother a thin, black man with short hair, sideburns and a mustache driving a rust/orange-color car with dark windows and large wheels — possibly a Nissan — followed her at about 4:15 p.m. Tuesday and told her to get in the car. The mother took the girl to the Law Enforcement Center in Austin on Wednesday and reported the incident, which allegedly happened in the 100 block of 14th Street SW. Police have no suspects at this time.
