Driver without license taunts cop, gets ticket
It may not be a good idea to flash a police officer the middle finger, especially while driving without a license.
But an Austin man figured he would give it a shot last Monday, and he found out what happens. According to the Austin Police Department’s report, the 22-year-old driver was headed south on Fourth Street Northwest when he passed a parked officer at the A&W and flashed the officer the middle finger.
The officer reportedly stopped the driver shortly after because he had something hanging from his rearview mirror. Then the officer discovered the suspect’s driving status was revoked. The driver received a ticket for driving after revocation and was later released to his wife.
